博士生导师,福建省闽江学者特聘教授,美国西雅图华盛顿大学博士后。在Science Translational Medicine、eLife、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics、Emerging Microbes & Infections、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Frontiers in Immunology、Environmental Microbiology等多个国际知名期刊上发表了多项相关研究成果,迄今(2024年)以第一作者或者通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇,总引用次数超过4000余次,H指为38(Google Scholar)。还担任ACS Nano、Environmental Science & Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials等多个国际知名期刊的审稿人,曾受邀担任Frontiers in Microbiology期刊副主编,Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology客座编辑,并担任《热带生物学报》副主编、《应用生态学报》编委、福建省生态学学会理事、福建省细胞生物学与转化医学学会理事等职务。曾获得广东省科技进步一等奖(排名第四)、海南省科技进步二等奖(排名第二),授权国家发明专利6项。此外,指导研究生获得福建省优秀博士毕业论文2项、“简浩然环境微生物基金”优秀论文2项,以及国际细菌耐药大会优秀报告奖(葡萄牙)、福建省生态学科研究生竞赛一等奖、福建省细胞生物学学术年会优秀论文一、二等奖、校级优秀本科、硕士、博士毕业论文等多项荣誉与奖励。 个人信息
教育经历2000年苏州大学生命科学学院生物技术系学士 2005年厦门大学生命科学学院生物系硕士 2009年中山大学生命科学学院生物系博士 工作经历2009/12-2013/04, 美国华盛顿大学医学院,博士后 2013年至今-福建农林大学 荣誉及奖励1. 广东省人民政府, 广东省科技进步奖 , 一等奖, 2012,排名第四 2. 福建省人民政府,福建省教学成果奖, 特等奖,2014,排名十三 3. 福建农林大学五四青年奖章,2015 4. 福建农林大学“严家显”最高奖教金,2016 5. 海南省人民政府,海南省科技进步奖,二等奖,2022,排名第二 研究领域多种鱼类病原菌例如嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、副溶血弧菌(Vibrio Parahaemolyticus)等细菌是多种水生动物的原发性致病菌,也是典型的人-鱼共患病病原菌,每年由该菌导致的鱼类暴发性流行病给水产养殖业造成了严重的经济损失。由于养殖业中抗生素的普遍使用,该菌的耐药问题已经十分严重。目前已知细菌的生物膜对细菌产生耐药性至关重要,但是对生物膜导致细菌耐药的机理还有待进一步的深入研究。本方向主要利用定量蛋白质组学与分子生物学方法,系统研究水产致病菌的耐药机制,寻找新的耐药功能蛋白与靶点,并对其耐药功能和调控机制进行深入研究。此外,还利用文库筛选策略,筛选细菌群体感应抑制物,为新型抑菌药物的研发提供理论依据。 开授课程本科教程:《蛋白质组学》、《科技论文写作》、《生命科学进展》 研究生教程:《生态学专业英语》 科研项目
