Research FieldsWe focused on the antibiotics resistance mechanisms of aquatic bacterial pathogens, such as Aeromonas hydrophila,Edwardsiella tardaand Vibrio parahaemolyticus,using proteomics technologies.
Aeromonas hydrophila is a causative agent of many aquatic animals and also is a kind of typical human-domestic anima-fish’s pathogens. Pathogenic A. hydrophila cause serious disease outbreaks in a variety of farmed fish, which lead to large economic losses in the aquaculture industry on an annual basis.
