  •        谢小芳,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,福建省生物信息学学会理事。主要讲授《基因组学》、《生物信息学综合实验》和《植物学实验技术》等课程。长期从事植物遗传学和基因组学研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目4项,主持福建省自然科学基金和教育厅等省部级项目4项,承担国家级、省级和市级等各类烟草科技计划项目7项。担任Frontiers in plant science,Frontiers in genetics,Plants等多个国际知名期刊审稿人,担任 Frontiers in Microbiology期刊的审稿编辑。近年来发表学术论文30余篇,多项研究成果在BMC Plant Biology,BMC Genomics、Plants、Frontiers in plant science、微生物学报等国内外知名期刊上发表。
