  • 1986年毕业于河北农业大学农学系,获学士学位,同年考入中国农业科学院、作物栽培与育种研究所研究生;1986-1987在上海外国语学院培训法语;1987年国家公派到法国攻读硕、博士学位;1988年获得法国图卢兹理工学院/图卢兹高等国立农业学校(INP/ENSAT)的植物生物学与技术专业的硕士学位;1988-1992年在法国国际农业与合作研究中心(CIRAD)的热带作物基因组研究室做博士论文研究工作,1992年获得巴黎第十一大学植物分子与细胞生物学专业的博士学位。

  • 1992-1994年在法国农科(INRA)院克勒蒙费朗作物遗传育种改良站做博士后研究;1995-2001在法国第二大种子公司阿含利斯遗传公司做研发负责人;2002-2004在法国农科院雷恩作物遗传育种改良站任高级研究工程师;2004-2012在法国农科院植物基因组研究所任高级研究工程师;2013年通过海内外公开招聘出任福建农林大学作物科学学院副院长职务;2016年至今任福建农林大学海外学院副院长职务。

      植物分子遗传学、基因组学、生物信息学、植物遗传与分子辅助育种、生物技术

      

       -  植物基因组学、比较基因组学及分子进化;

       -  栽培作物农艺性状(QTL)的遗传和分子标记、分子辅助育种、主效基因克隆、功能分析、转基因;

       -  植物逆境胁迫下的分子反应机理;

       -  RING蛋白家族的基因组学分析及重要成员的基因克隆和功能鉴定;

       -  利用生物技术进行植物遗传材料创新、新品种培育;

       -  基因突变、TILLING技术及反向遗传学。

    开授课程

      

    承担作物科学学院留学生(硕士、博士生)的《Plant Biotechnology》课程、作物科学学院的研究生的《科技论文写作》课的部分课时、植物科学与技术专业1年级学生的《专业导论课》专题讲座、3年级本科生的《植物科学研究进展》专题讲座等。
