Zheng Sining, professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral fellow of Zhejiang University School of Management, holds the National Legal Professional Qualification Certificate (A), part-time lawyer; serves as a member of the Fishery Economics and Management Subcommittee of the Second National Aquatic Terminology Review Committee, and was selected as a young top talent in Fujian Province's Young Eagle Plan, Fujian Province's Hundred Thousand Talents Project, Fujian Province's high-level talents, Fujian Province's outstanding young scientific research talents in colleges and universities, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University's Hundred Climbing Plan, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University's Jinshan Scholars young top talents, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University's Jinshan Scholars young academic rookies; Vice President of Fujian Environmental Education Society, Director of China Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economics Society, Director of China Ocean Development Research Association, Director of the Marine Ecological Economics Professional Committee of China Ecological Economics Society. He has published more than 40 academic papers in SSCI, SCI, CSSCI, CSCD, and EI journals as the first author or corresponding author. He presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China project, one National Social Science Foundation of China project, one National and Regional Research Project of the Ministry of Education project, two projects commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture, two projects each by the Fujian Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects by the Fujian Social Science Foundation of China, and one project by the Zhejiang Postdoctoral Research Project Selection Fund. He published three academic monographs. His independently completed results won two Fujian Social Science Outstanding Achievement Awards and one Ministry of Commerce Award. He presided over a number of decision-making consulting results that were adopted by the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and some of them were approved bycentral leaders, the governor and other comrades. He guided students to win the first, second and third prizes in the Challenge Cup Fujian Province College Students' Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition. He guided graduate students to win national scholarships. He obtained a national first-class course project as a backbone teacher.
