    科研思路:以防控人工林重要病害为出发点和落脚点,系统开展野外调查+室内实验+野外验证工作。


    主要研究方向:人工林病原真菌分类、系统发生与演化;人工林真菌病害发生、扩张机制;人工林抗病遗传材料选择。

    研究背景和科研成绩

            我国是全球木材需求大国。国内全面停止天然林商业性采伐,国际上对木材出口严格限制,国内外因素导致我国木材供应面临巨大压力。人工林在缓解我国木材供应压力方面发挥了主导作用。分布于我国南方地区的桉树人工林以占全国森林总面积的2.5%,提供了我国超过1/3的木材产量。桉树为保障我国木材安全发挥了重要作用。

            过去30年来,我国桉树人工林受病害威胁不断严重。

            陈帅飞2007-2011年在南非比勒陀利亚大学-林农生物技术研究所(FABI:世界上最大的专业开展热带、亚热带区域森林病虫害研究机构)攻读博士学位(博士论文Fungal Diseases of Eucalypts in China《中国桉树真菌病害研究》获国际林联杰出博士研究奖)。2011-2013年先后在南非比勒陀利亚大学和美国加利福尼亚大学-戴维斯分校开展林木病理学博士后研究。2013年回国工作。

            过去近20年来,陈帅飞持续开展我国桉树真菌病害研究。

            目前在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇,其中以唯一第一作者或者独立通讯作者在Studies in MycologyFungal DiversityPersooniaIMA FungusMolecular Plant PathologyPhytopathology ResearchPlant Disease,PhytopathologyPlant Pathology等杂志发表SCI期刊论文60余篇。
